Os cidadãos também podem realizar as solicitações de prestação de todos os serviços, inclusive seguro desemprego doméstico, que poderá ser solicitado pelo aplicativo da CTPS Digital ou pela web através do Portal https://empregabrasil.mte.gov.br.
